By using Exponee, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Exponee generates AI headshots and social media banners from photos you upload.
Results are AI-generated and may not perfectly represent your likeness.
The service uses third-party AI models, including Alibaba Cloud DashScope (Tongyi Qianwen / Qwen and Tongyi Wanxiang / Wan).
You must not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
You must own the copyright and likeness rights to any photos you upload.
You must not upload photos of celebrities, public figures, or other people without their consent.
You must not upload brand logos, trademarks, or other copyrighted material you do not own.
You must not use the service to create deepfakes of other people without consent.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service.
You must not generate, upload, or share content in any of the following prohibited categories:
Sexual / NSFW content — pornography, sexually explicit material, or any sexualized content.
Violence / gore — graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies or encourages harm.
Hate speech — content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or violence against any person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Child-inappropriate content (CSAM) — any sexual or exploitative material involving minors, including child sexual abuse material.
Deepfakes / impersonation — realistic depictions of real people without their consent, or content that impersonates or misrepresents another person.
Copyright / trademark infringement — brand logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material you do not have the right to use.
Content review: we use automated content-safety screening (including Waffo scan-prompt) combined with manual review to detect prohibited content before and after generation.
Reporting: if you see prohibited or abusive content, please report it to support@exponee.com. We will investigate reports promptly.
Enforcement: content that violates these standards will be removed, and the responsible account may be suspended or permanently terminated. Repeat or serious violations may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
You retain ownership of your uploaded photos.
You own the generated images and may use them for personal and commercial purposes.
You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions.
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.
Membership subscriptions renew automatically each month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel anytime online in your account settings; after cancellation your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew further.
Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
